       Order of regular cell phone cases can be delivered within 1 - 3 days
       Order of custom cell phone cases can be finished within 7 - 12 days

Q2: What is the weight of cell phone cases?
  A: iPhone Silicone Case: 18g to 32g
       iPhone Hard Case: 15g to 28g

Q3: How about the freight?
  A: Express Delivery by DHL, EMS Express or Registered Mail for samples.

Q4: How about the payment terms?    Account Info
  A: # Bank Transfer to our business account.
       # Western Union to Zhang Qinyu's account.
       Custom Cases: 60% of payment in advance when the total order is no less than 1000USD
       Regular Cases: 35% of payment in advance when the total order is no less than 1000USD
       100% of payment in advance when the total order is less than 1000USD

Q5: What format can artworks be?
  A: AI format(CMYK) + Image. All types need to be converted to outlines!
